1. There are issues being logged in github.
2. There are patches being submitted in github.
3. The documentation is gone.
I plan to look into each of these things by the weekend, address what issues I can, respond to any other comments, and get the documentation back on line, and maybe add a few simple tutorials. Thanks for your patience.
]]>Why?
I threw together the old site rather quickly. It was one giant SWF with everything compiled into it. Updating it meant recompiling it. I know, bad, bad, bad. Again, it was something I threw together in about a day, and always intended to make it more dynamic. But never did.
In addition to not being able to update it, there is no way to publish any kind of RSS feed for updates, etc. I did all of that through BIT-101.com, but this should really be part of minimalcomps.com.
So now we have a WordPress site. Easy to update, easy to post new news. add tutorials, links, etc.
You can always see the old site here: http://www.minimalcomps.com/oldsite/
I’ve also moved the source code over to github: https://github.com/minimalcomps/ You should use this for checking out code and submitting new issues. The Google Code site is now officially deprecated. I’ll keep it up there for a while, but I won’t be updating the code there, and eventually it will be gone.
